the kitchen staff were really friendly and always offered delicious food. the manager was also very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area and we were able to easily access all the key attractions. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the hotel - everything was spotless!

the hotel did manage to sort out the issue and we were eventually able to stay for the full duration of our trip. It would have been nice if this had been communicated to us sooner, but overall, we had a great experience at the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, especially the kitchen staff and the manager. They always had a smile on their faces and were quick to respond to any requests or concerns we had. The hotel also had convenient amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a lovely rooftop terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view.

The check-in process was a bit chaotic. It would have been better if they had been informed about our reservation beforehand to avoid this hassle.
